On Mission Sunday 2023 in the Parish of Wexford Some of the Wexford Parish Pastoral Council and the Wexford Parish Care Team were commissioned by Fr James Cullen CC in the Church of the Assumption Bride Street at 11am and Fr Michael O’Shea CC in the Church of the Immaculate Conception Rowe Street at 12noon. The Pastoral Council will work with the Priests of the Parish to look at ways to enhance the Pastoral Care of the Parish and the Parish Care team will visit people in their own homes who may be lonely or living alone and be a link with the Community. Mission now a days is at home among our own people sharing the Good news of Jesus Christ and helping others to see the richness of what our Catholic Faith has to offer. We wish both groups every blessing as they begin their ministries.
